Basics of heat, temperature, thermodynamics, working of mechanical refrigeration cycle, study of various components like compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion devices, relay etc.

Preparation of various joints using copper tube, testing of various systems. Components, vacuuming and gas charging, troubleshooting & repair of window ac, split ac, package acnd refrigerator etc

On completing of the training students are capable of troubleshooting, repairing, installation and testing of various air conditioners & refrigerators. Can work as Air-conditioning assistant mechanics in AC Dealership.

Course Content

Basic Electrical Engineers, Electrical Circuit, Component Studies, Making electrical connection &testing, study, connection & testing of electrical motors and pumps.Earthing, wiring types, selection of cable, circuit breakers, junction box and contactor installation.

Study of various components used in pumps, preparation of joints using PVC pipes, fixing of bathroom fitting like Wash basin, water closets, kitchen sink etc.

Cutting , threading and making connections with GI etc.

Internet : Use of Internet accessing/ Browsing, E-mailing, Downloading, Word Processing, Scanning, scanner usage, printer and its usage.
